Gavish Property Management Team
Edwin Riley (Ed) is a senior member of our management team with a wealth of experience in real estate and real estate related banking, mortgages, financial markets, and marketing. Ed’s tenure in Las Vegas real estate started in 2008 and has been principally investor-focused, working with clients who want to maximize their return no matter the market conditions.
Through careful analysis and a strategic approach to investing, Ed has developed a comprehensive approach to buy, sell and/or manage a tenant-based portfolio for both residential and commercial properties. Ed and his team of professionals expertly manage and leverage the Property Management Division based on a myriad of client requirements.
Ed is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania where he grew up and is a proud graduate of Allegheny College. He started his 17-year career in banking with Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, PA. in Retail, Mortgage and Commercial Banking. He joined First Union National Bank in Greenville, SC then Charlotte, NC as a commercial lender. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to join and partner with a private marketing/promotional company supporting Fortune 500 companies with premium products.
After relocating to Las Vegas in 2002, Ed determined that this market was perfect to place to pursue and further his financial career which led him to join Century 21 Gavish Real Estate. With Gavish Real Estate, Ed joined as a buyer’s agent and then quickly moved to head up the Short Sale Division of Gavish Real Estate during the period of market downturn and recovery. From there, Ed was promoted to manager of all agent recruiting and training for the Summerlin Office. His most recent career-step was a result of an investor-driven market that saw many buyers wanting to purchase and hold property that led to his current role in property management. Ed and his team are positioned to support whatever real estate needs a potential client may present and he is always available for free consultations.
“I am often asked when the best time to buy real estate is. My response is always —’NOW’—as long as you know the market, have done your homework, and know where and what to buy! Let us help you manage that process.”
